Enchanting Memories "Code Of Ethics"

  • DJ must wear a tuxedo to all weddings, anniversary parties, and corporate parties (unless otherwise requested).
  • Equipment shall be maintained in a clean and professional manner. All equipment shall be of professional quality and DJ must carry back-up equipment to each job.
  • Drugs and alcohol are not permitted under any circumstances while performing, setting up, or breaking down.
  • DJ must return all telephone calls and emails to clients within 24 hours of the original call or email; before and after the contract has been signed.
  • Profanity is strictly prohibited—on or off the microphone.
  • DJ shall provide consultation services to all brides and grooms at least 8 weeks before the wedding date.
  • DJ must cooperate with all service people incorporated with the event (Banquet staff, Photographer, Videographer, Wedding consultant, etc.)
  • DJ must introduce him/herself to the banquet manager in charge of the reception in order to coordinate the day's events, prior to the bride and groom’s arrival.
  • Volume during cocktail/dinner hour shall be at a reasonable level for conversation to occur easily.
  • DJ must arrive at all events 1 hour before contracted time for setup and equipment test and sound check, and have music playing 10 minutes before contracted start time.
  • DJ must call customer approximately 1 week prior to event to touch basis with client and to let client know you are fully prepared for their event.
  • DJ must maintain membership to at least one professional music subscription (such as Promo Only or Top Hits USA) in order to keep current with all of the current hits.
  • DJ will not use any self-promoting signs during the event.
  • DJ shall, at all times, maintain a professional, positive, and friendly attitude throughout the performance – regardless of any occurrences.
